Women's Health Yoga Course over 6 weeks from May 11.

Lunge Yoga practices and teaches a form of "Japanese Yoga" with roots in the Okido tradition.
This form of yoga was developed to support healthy changes in your body, mind, and heart.
Through appropriate movement with breath awareness - Louisa hopes you will walk out of each class feeling lighter, stronger, and clearer. Simple things for a FULL life.
