Set in the old people’s home next door to where Wilfrid lives, this fun and heart-warming story follows his affectionate bond with his favourite old person, the 96-year-old Miss Nancy.

There once was a small boy called Wilfrid Gordon McDonald Partridge and his house was next door to an old people’s home. He knew all the people who lived there, but his favourite person of all was Miss Nancy Alison Delacourt Cooper. When Wilfrid finds out that Nancy has lost her memory he sets out to find out what a memory is…

Wilfrid and Miss Nancy come to life on stage as beautifully hand-crafted life-size puppets through the magical touch of Spare Parts Puppet Theatre's expert puppeteers.

A unique and interactive performance, this adaptation also takes the opportunity to recruit local seniors and grandparents to become part of the cast, creating a show that children will cherish by featuring their own family members on stage.

Winning the hearts of young and old, the production is a true celebration of intergenerational friendship that will bring laughter, inspire joy and leave ripples of connectedness in the audience long after the performance.
