Daughter is 2 and a half. Full time at daycare. For a few months kids have been in undies throughout the day to get used to undies & using the toilet. Has alot of accidents throughout the day.

At home, we pop her in her undies too & try to pop her on the toilet frequently however are finding she will happily sit on the toilet "to do a wee" but nothing happens. Generally within a few minutes of getting off, she will just stop where she's standing & do a wee in her undies, & then tell you she needs to wee on the toilet (when popped back onto the toilet, no wees). Any hints & tips to try & help her understand actually doing a wee on the toilet? Or will this come as she gets older? TIA!
