Fremantle is a bustling hive of cafes and restaurants and is a popular destination for families, including some that are great for parents and children. Perth Mums Group has been on the lookout for the best child-friendly cafes in and around the city, and here’s what we have found in Fremantle.

Moore and Moore

Moore and Moore is located in the Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery in Fremantle’s west end and is totally child friendly! Along with a kid’s corner with toys, they have high chairs, change facilities and also serve up a kid’s sized breakfast and babyccinos.



Ootong and Lincoln

Located among the hustle and bustle of Fremantle’s café haven, South Terrace, is Ootong and Lincoln, a busy café serving delicious coffee and fresh, organic food. In a plus for parents, they also have a small kids indoor area with toys.



The Carriage Cafe

This iconic café has been a feature in Fremantle’s Esplanade Park for years, and there is a playground and the Esplanade Youth Plaza and skate ramp just a stone’s throw away.

In the heart of Fremantle’s famous café strip is Sandrino, which is a restaurant that also has a great little kids play room upstairs.
