Discover curious sights and sounds at the WA Museum’s Discovery Zone during the Tiny Discoverers program!

Join the WA Museum’s 8 week Tiny Discoverers program, where inquisitive minds and big imaginations can run wild!

This weekly program will take place at the State Library of Western Australia's Discovery Zone. Designed for children aged 3 to 5 years, each week is packed with games, stories, and craft that is perfect for the tiniest archaeologist or biologist!

There are two programs available – We Dig Dinos and Backyard Explorers. Each is an opportunity for enquiring minds to explore, learn, and play with real artefacts from the Museum’s collections.

Each week, the program will explore history, science, cultural heritage, and Western Australia’s natural environment through tactile learning, storytelling, and crafts. All experiences are open ended, hands-on, and linked to the Early Years Learning Framework. The program is being run in partnership with Act-Belong-Commit.
