The Yummy Mummy Club is a new fitness club just for mothers. All members and trainers have experienced and understand the trials and tribulations of becoming a mum and are there to support and encourage you whether you want your bikini body back, need to lose some baby weight, or just want to make some basic changes to your health and fitness.

Originating in Melbourne, The Yummy Mummy Club has recently opened a brand new club in Mount Hawthorn – and is the first one in Western Australia.

The goal of The Yummy Mummy Club is to encourage, support and inspire mothers to find their inner and outer strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Members are welcome to bring their kids along with them, and it's great for children to watch their mum exercise and instil positive fitness behaviour habits.

Sessions are held at Menzies Park in Mount Hawthorn – in the fresh air on fine days and under cover during winter. The park also has toilets and a great enclosed playground for kids.

Classes are currently scheduled three times a week however if there is demand for other days or times this can be arranged. There are a range of membership options starting at just $13 a week, all designed to fit in with your busy lifestyle.

All potential members are welcome to access a free trial class which you can register for at www.theyummymummyclub.com or call your Yummy Mummy trainer Kylie on 0407 658 596.

Find your happiest self at The Yummy Mummy Club.
