The Nappy Collective is back for October 2017 – this is your chance to donate all those unwanted nappies to families in need. If your baby or toddler has outgrown their nappies halfway through the box, this is a great way to offload them and help out someone else who may need them.

Nappies can be collected at a number of locations across Perth from now until Friday, 27th October 2017. For a list of locations, read on
here .
If you haven’t donated before, there are a couple of things you need to know – first of all, nappies must obviously be unused and clean, but they don’t have to be in the original packaging. The Nappy Collective only accepts disposable nappies as opposed to cloth nappies, as the families they collect for often don’t have regular access to laundry facilities.

If the nappies are out of the packaging, labelling the size will prove a big help when it comes to sorting them out and distributing. Only disposable nappies and nappy bags are accepted – if you have other baby items you’d like to donate to needy families, check out the Perth Mums Group article
here .
The Nappy Collective has been collecting and distributing unwanted nappies to families across Australia, and since then, they have collected over 1.5 million nappies!
