You can call their Parenting Line for advice, attend a workshop or attend an overnight stay if your bub is not sleeping well.

After you have had your baby, a child health nurse from your community will usually pay you a visit to check on you and bub. This is an opportunity to ask questions and request additional support if you need it. Your child health nurse should also provide you with the details of the next available new parent support group (mothers’ group) in which you can meet other new mums (and dads) in your area.
