Below are some of the best indoor venues in Perth for a first birthday party, with contributions and suggestions by Perth Mums Group members.

Obviously the list doesn't include all the great places in Perth, but this is a great place to start. Remember to always do your own research and make sure the venue meets your personal needs.

Play Centres

Kidz Paradise (Carlisle)

The Beach House Kids Play Centre is a great venue for a first birthday party as it has a large area for kids aged up to three years old, and there are party packages available for even the youngest members of the family!



Mighty Jungle Indoor Play Centre (Morley)

The Mighty Jungle offers birthday parties for children aged one and over and has a separate play area for toddlers and young children.



Playgroup Venues For Hire

Highgate Playgroup (Highgate)

Highgate Playgroup is a direct affiliate of Playgroup WA and has a dedicated space for party hire for kids aged from six weeks to five years.

The City of Cockburn has a number of community centres and halls that are available for hire. Atwell Community Centre, for example, has a small playground which is perfect for birthday parties.

Marangaroo Family Centre (Marangaroo)

This family centre is available for birthday party hire on Sundays for kids under 10 years.



Joondalup Family Centre (Joondalup)

The Kulungah-Myah Family Centre is a great venue for birthday parties – it has a full kitchen, has air con and heating and an outdoor play area with enclosed, shaded playground equipment and an undercover patio.



Roleystone Neighbourhood Family Centre (Roleystone)

Whitfords Family Centre

Toddlers and young children will love running around the Jungle Gym – there are ropes, trampolines, inflatable slides and lots and lots of padded foam!
