Getting down and dirty never felt so good with this year’s Swan Valley Mudfest guaranteed to be muddier than ever and Perth Mums Group has a double pass to a course of your choice to give away# (see below).

The annual Swan Valley Mudfest (formerly Run A Muck Perth) will be held on Sunday September 18th with three mud runs to choose from, packed full of challenging obstacles and good times.



This is a mud run for everyone! Mums, dads, kids and even dogs. The MudFest is all about having a laugh, getting fit, getting muddy, dressing up and achieving things you didn’t think were possible!

The 5km course is their best course yet, and if you have never done a mud run before then this is the one to sign up for. The 5km course is perfect for those who just want to have fun with their friends or family, with the course suitable for ages 11 years and up.

For those a little younger, the 1 km Kids Course is suitable for children between six and ten years, and is packed full of inflatable fun and mud pits. Kids can speed through the course as many times as they want within each 45-minute wave.



The latest addition to the Mudfest family is the Muddy Paws Challenge, which means that no member of your family needs to be left behind. A first for WA and built in conjunction with new charity partner RSPCA, the dog-friendly Muddy Paws Challenge is an opportunity for two and four-legged competitors alike to dash through the dirt, raising much needed funds for the RSPCA WA at the same time. This course is suitable for dog lovers of all ages from 11 years and up. Better yet, $10 per registration goes straight to the RSPCA WA to help them continues all the wonderful work they do.

Mudfest Event Director, Jason Dover, confirms that plans are well underway to make the inaugural Swan Valley Mudfest a dirty delight. “This is the first time Mudfest has come to the Swan Valley and we’re certain that anyone who gives it a go will have an awesome time and have smiles over their muddy faces. It’s one of the only events of its kind for kids and we’re really excited this year to give man’s best friend a muddy good time too. It’s a great day out for everyone.”



Bring a picnic blanket, claim your spot within the beautiful grounds at Belvoir and enjoy the sunshine and a feed after your run. There will be a variety of food and beverage providers tempting you across the finish line, not to mention a nice clean shower and doggy bath!
