Something From Katie produces beautiful, timeless watercolours (pic: Something From Katie Facebook.)
Proprietor Kate Allen began painting the watercolours just a few months ago for a friend who was seeking artwork for her baby’s nursery. Kate wanted to provide unique and playful yet affordable artwork for nurseries and bedrooms that is reminiscent of the illustrations and characters she loved as a child.
The Perth Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Perth mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
Each painting is completely original, with Kate using watercolours, pencil and pen to produce the stunning artworks. Although no two paintings are the same, Kate uses a strong sense of symbolism and narrative in her artwork, so some of the same characters do make an appearance in various works.
You can purchase the artworks in A5 size, in a 21x30cm frame, or A4 works in 30x40cm frames. Commissioned artworks are welcome, including larger works.
