Nicole from Pilates For You provides tailored one-on-one pilate sessions in the comfort of your own home. With a Graduate Certificate in Pilates from the University of Technology in Sydney, she has over 15 years experience across a variety of studios from rehabilitation to group fitness.
Being a mum of two herself, Nicole feels especially passionate about helping pre and postnatal mums. She understands the challenge for new mums to get out of the house, which is why she offers fitness in your own home, with small apparatus provided for you.
Another option is for you to attend sessions at the studio in Bedford, where Nicole offers one-on-one classes and Group Reformer classes. You can take part on a one-to-one basis and then join the group sessions at a later stage.
Nicole strives to ensure that pregnant mums maintain a level of fitness to assist with comfort during their pregnancy and the birth, as well as helping new mums achieve their goals once bub has arrived. Every class is tailored to each individual so you never feel out of your comfort zone!
