The streets of Perth will be alight with colour for the next few weeks as Christmas lights are switched on throughout the suburbs, with most streets and houses fundraising for a range of great charities and causes. If you’re looking for the best streets with Christmas lights near your suburb, here are some great places to start, along with the charities or causes they are supporting. Southern Suburbs

Atwell – Kennack Vista
Lights on: Between 7:30pm and 10pm every night until Christmas.
Fundraising event date: Saturday, 17th December at 6:30pm. For more information, see the Facebook event.
Supporting: Breast Cancer WA.

Yangebup – Mudlark Way
Lights on: Between 7pm and 11pm until December 26th.
Fundraising event date: Friday, 16th December.
Supporting: Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) Foundation

Come along and enjoy a barbeque, fire truck, ice cream, coffee and of course, meet Santa.

Aubin Grove – 180 and 267 Lyon Road
Lights on: 180 – 5pm to 10:30pm until 10th January.
267 – 7:30pm to 10pm until end of December.
Fundraising event date: 180 – Friday, 16th December.

Baldivis – Heritage Park Drive
Lights on: 6:30pm to late until end of December.
Fundraising event date: Saturday, 17th December, 5:30pm to 8pm.
Supporting: PCH Foundation

Heritage Park Drive will host a heap of fun festivities on 17th December, including carols, a bouncy castle, sausage sizzle and an ice cream truck.

Harrisdale – Harrisdale Drive
Lights on: 7:15pm to 11:30pm until 28th December.
Supporting: PCH Foundation

Northern Suburbs

Connolly – Prairie Dunes Place
Lights on: Every evening until the end of December.
Fundraising event date: To be confirmed.
Supporting: Guide Dogs WA

Prairie Dunes Place have raised more than $145,000 in the past 11 years with their Christmas lights display, making them one of the most successful fundraising streets.

Heathridge – Coogan Court
Raising Funds for PCH Foundation
Lights on: Every evening from 7:30pm to 10:30pm until the end of December.
Fundraising event date: Friday, 16th December.
Supporting: PCH Foundation.

The Coongan Court fundraiser will feature Stitches the Bear, Minnie Mouse, Tinkerbell and a cake stall.

Hocking – Narrien Loop
Lights on: Every evening from 7:15pm to 10:30pm until the end of December.
Fundraising event date: Saturday, 17th December. For more information, see the Facebook event.
Supporting: PCH Foundation.

Don’t miss Santa’s arrival on a fire truck, plus Anna, Elsa and Stitches the Bear.

Tapping – Palmerston Crescent
Lights on: Every evening until 25th December.
Fundraising event date: To be confirmed.
Supporting: PCH Foundation

Trigg – Arnott Street
Lights on: Every evening form 7pm to 10pm until 26th December.
Fundraising event date: Ongoing – donations can be made at any time. For more information, see the Facebook event.
Supporting: PCH Foundation

Arnott Street will host a series of ‘Silent Night’ dance parties each Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Woodvale
Lights on: Every evening until the end of December.
Supporting: Royal Flying Doctor Service.

This magnificent Christmas display features a full size nativity scene and a 16 foot tree with lights that are synchronised to music.
