Held on Friday 10th August, this discussion caters for families with primary and secondary-aged children.
Comedian Lucy Ewing will kick the night off with a short and funny take on parenthood. Lucy is an English and Philosophy teacher, mother of two and wife of one. Along with three other Perth comics, Lucy recently teamed up to perform 'The Motherhood: Surviving the Circus' at the 2018 Fringe World festival for a sell-out run.
Parenting advocate Clark Wight and clinical psychologist Adrian Lopresti will then delve into how to develop strong and lasting parent and child relationships, before opening up a Q&A session with the audience.
Clark Wight is a West Australian conscious parenting advocate, educator and presenter through his Our Boys and Conscious Parenting seminars. Dr Lopresti has experience in a range of psychological therapies and has received extensive training in nutritional and lifestyle treatments for mental health disorders.
