A non-surgical, instant solution to protruding ears for children.

If you have a child with protruding ears, you may be concerned about their self esteem and confidence, especially as they grow older and start school. Otostick® Baby is a non-surgical, non-invasive solution to lessen the effects of protruding ears in children.

While the idea of trying to change your child's features may be foreign to some parents, for parents of children with features such as protruding ears, it can be a big area of concern.

When children start school, protruding ears might make them a target for unwelcome comments or teasing. By using Otostick® Baby, an instant, permanent solution to protruding ears for babies and children aged 3 months to 3 years, you can help reduce the prominency when their little ears are still malleable.

The alternative to Otostick® Baby for older children is otoplasty, a permanent, surgical solution that is not offered as an option for children aged under 6 and in most cases, further surgeries are needed. There is also the risk of permanent scarring. Otostick® Baby is a far less invasive solution for protruding ears among children.

Otostick® Baby was invented by a mother as a non-invasive solution to her own daughter’s protruding ears. Each Otostick® Baby Ear Corrector is made of transparent silicone and is a hypo-allergenic prothesis for external use that is discreet and painless, making it ideal for babies and young children.

How Does It Work?

With regular use for a minimum of 12 months, Otostick® Baby has been proven to permanently reduce the angle of prominent ears. The correctors are stuck to the area behind the ear and the contiguous area of the head using a special adhesive which keeps the ear in a suitable position naturally.

When applied correctly, each dressing lasts 3 to 7 days and the correctors will not irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. Plus, it is almost invisible and water resistant, meaning it can be worn in the bath or shower.

A Spanish paediatric study published in July 2016 showed evidence of Otostick® Baby leading to permanent correction in children aged between 3 months and 5 years.
90% of subjects aged 3-72 months obtained correction of between 3mm and 10 mm after using Otostick® Baby for a period of 12 months.

What about adults?

Otostick® is available for adults, but the effects are not permanent. It may be helpful to adults who are considering otoplasty but would like to see the effects before committing to surgery.

Otostick is an easy, practical and comfortable way to eliminate the effect of prominent ears for children. To learn more or to give it a try and give your child the confidence they deserve, see the website or follow the Facebook page.
