This workshop will provide parents and caregivers with a greater understanding of the problems of increasing levels of anxiety in their children and the role they can play in preventing the development of anxiety problems. It will also provide a range of practical steps that parents and caregivers can take to help build resilience in their children.



WHEN: Monday 8th, 15th and 22nd March at 9:30am-11:30am
WHERE: Victoria Park Community Centre, 248 Gloucester Street, East Victoria Park
AGE GROUP: Ages 3-10 years
