Hey mums- I need some advice/recommendations please?!
- not really even that loud, but I am a very light sleeper and suggle big time to sleep! I sleep with ear plugs and can still hear him and can't sleep He has been sleeping in the spare room, but thinks he wants to come back and sleep in our bed- even though he knows I can't sleep when he does because of his snoring I can't sleep in the spare room as I have a bad back and the bed in there makes it worse!
It's affecting our relationship, any advice on how to stop the snoring- he is reluctant to see a doctor We don't really have money to see ENT specialists anyway which I'm sure the gp would recommend? Any home remedies?
