February means back to school and back to reality for the kids. But don’t worry! If you’re on the hunt for some family friendly live events to take their mind off reality, check out the Perth Mums Group list of events taking place in February. Kids Events at Fringe World 2017

Fringe World 2017 is a collection of fun and cultural events held across Perth. There are lots of events for kids happening, including many free events.

West of the Moon, Northbridge
Date: Tuesday, 31st January to Saturday, 4th February at 6:30pm.

Suitable for ages 10 and over, this fairy tale told with shadow puppets brings a traditional Scandinavian folk tale to life with sword fights, wizards, trolls and a magical kingdom.
Aaaand Now For….Kiddo Kaos!
Date: Saturday, 11th and Sunday 12th February and Saturday, 18th and Sunday, 19th February from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

North of the River
Live in the Ampitheatre, Wanneroo

Hot Summer’s Night, Bassendean

Fremantle Dockers Women’s AFL competition
Date: Sunday, 12th February and Sunday, 26th February at 4:05pm (season runs to 19th March 2017.)

The AFL’s historical women’s league will get underway in February with a two-month fixture. The Fremantle Dockers Women’s team will take on The Brisbane Lions on February 12th at 4:05pm and the Adelaide Crows on Sunday, 26th February at 4:05pm, with both games taking place at Fremantle Oval.

Cockburn’s Got Talent, Heat 1
Date: Thursday, 23rd February at 6:30pm.
