The Perth Hills are absolutely stunning, and there are a whole realm of places to explore. My twin boys love gardens and dirt, so our toddler friendly coffee hunt took us to the HopsScotch Cafe & Art Gallery in Roleystone.

HopsScotch is situated in an amazing garden, with weaving paths and plenty of different areas to enjoy your food or a wine or two. It has ample parking, change table facilities and even a playground for the littlest members of your family.

My two loved to explore the gardens of HopsScotch and look at the beautiful trees and flowers. It really is a place to see. The food was priced very reasonably, with a kids menu as well. We enjoyed coffee, hot chips and scones as we took in the scenery. Feel free to bring your pram in, there's plenty of room. High chairs are also available.

They have recently been fully licensed and now offer a full range of local beers, wines and ciders along with live music, details which can be found on their website. So, whether you're up for a relaxing meal, a couple of wines, or breakfast with the kids, HopsScotch is a unique and gorgeous choice for every member of the family.
