With so many people in Perth now suffering gluten intolerance and coeliac disease, this Useful List is dedicated to gluten free dining in Perth. Below are some of the best gluten free dining venues in Perth, with contributions and suggestions by Perth Mums group members. Obviously the list doesn't include all the great places in Perth, but this is a great place to start. Remember to always do your own research and make sure the venue meets your personal needs.
Perth CBD and Western Suburbs
Panache Café – Perth CBD Address: 5 Mill Street, Perth
Opening hours: Open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday
Panache Café has a number of gluten free items on its breakfast and lunch menu, including the chia pot, paleo apple crumble and the vegan burger. You can view the menus here.

Zamia Café – Kings Park, Perth CBD Address: May Drive, Kings Park, Perth
Opening hours: Open for breakfast and lunch daily

Not only does Typika offer a huge array of gluten free choices, but they also ask if you are caeliac, or whether you’d just prefer to eat gluten free. They are open for breakfast and lunch daily and you can view the menu here.
Chelsea Pizza Co – Nedlands Address: 145 Stirling Highway, Nedlands
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, open for lunch and dinner, Friday open 24 hours, weekends open for lunch and dinner.

Bee Leaf Cafe, Cottesloe Address: 20 Napolean Street, Cottesloe
Opening hours: Open for breakfast daily and for lunch Monday to Saturday
This Maylands café is 100 per cent gluten free, dairy free and free from cane sugar. They specialise in raw, vegan and superfood dishes.

Offers gluten free cakes daily, along with whole cakes for purchase, such as the Turkish orange cake and chocolate and raspberry cake.

Opening hours: Open daily. Breakfast available from 7am to 2:30pm, lunch available 2pm to 2:30pm.
Has a large range of gluten free options across its breakfast and lunch menu.

Embers Restaurant and Gourmet Deli Address: 169 Railway Road, Gooseberry Hill

Health Freak Cafe Locations: Cockburn Gateways Shopping City, Applecross, Halls Head, Innaloo, Floreat, Ellenbrook, Kings Park (Perth)
Health Freak Café is a clean and healthy eating café. The menu is diverse catering for all fitness, health and special dietary requirement needs and is both 100 per cent gluten and refined sugar free.
