It doesn’t seem like two minutes since the last school holidays, but here they are, creeping up on us once again! If you’re looking for ideas to keep the kids entertained, why not head to one of the below activities? They are all free and there’s so much to do that you can map out your entire two weeks and bust all that boredom! Here are some of the best free school holiday activities for July in Perth.

Garden City Zone will operate from Monday, 2 July to Sunday, 8 July from 10am and 2pm (11am to 3pm on Sunday) in the Promotions Court near Woolworths.
Karrinyup Zone will operate from Monday, 9 July to Sunday, 15 July from 10am and 2pm (11am to 3pm on Sunday) in Centre Court.
Come and meet this incredible family of superheroes!
Activities for the kids will include designing their own superhero cape, a reflex tester and having a photo with the life-size Mr Incredible or baby Jack-Jack.
Suitable for children of all ages.
Karrinyup’s Jungle Gym will also be open.

Activities will take place at various stages between Monday, 2 July and Saturday, 14 July.
Come and care for the sick and injured (plush) animals at the Perth Zoo Wild Vets program.
Take part in craft activities and view the amazing ‘Ele Art’ by Perth Zoo’s very own Asian elephants!
Junior Wild Vet Hospital will take place from Monday, 2 July and Saturday, 7 July between 11am and 1pm.
Jungle Craft will take place between Monday, 9 July and Saturday, 14 July from 11am to 1pm.

Make a reusable tote bag – bring your own old t-shirt from home to make the bag! Dates and times are Monday 2 July, Thursday 5 July, Monday 9 July and Thursday 12 July from 10am to 2pm (numbers are strictly limited.)
Make a recycled veggie pot from an old tea cup from home. Dates and times are Tuesday 3 July, Friday 6 July, Tuesday 10 July and Friday 13 July from 10am to 2pm (numbers strictly limited.)
Make a mini bug city from an old mug, cup or tin can from home. Dates and times are Wednesday 4 July and Wednesday 11 July from 10am to 2pm (numbers strictly limited.)

Dine with Dinosaurs – come and meet some animated dinosaurs in the dining hub between Monday, 2 July and Friday, 15 July.
Watch the Professor Fossil and Friends Stage Show from Monday, 2 July to Friday, 6 July.
Take part in the Dinosaur Dig – use special tools to dig up a Jurassic creature between Monday, 2 July and Friday, 6 July.
Create a dinosaur model at the Jurassic World Craft Village from Saturday, 7 July to Wednesday, 11 July between 11am and 2pm.
Come on a Dino Hunt from Wednesday 11, July to Friday, 16 July.
Have a go at some more arts and crafts in the Dinosaur Craft Activity Zone from Thursday, 12 July and Friday, 13 July.

Will hold a number of free events during the school holidays.
Free events include Japanese storytime on Friday, 6 July from 10:30am to 11:30am for ages 2 to 6 years.
Come and join the free clothing upcycle workshop on Wednesday, 11 July from 1pm to 3pm for ages 14 and over.
Have fun with worms! This event will take place on Thursday, 12 July between 10am and 11:30am for primary school aged children.
Listen to French stories on Friday, 13 July from 10:30am to 11:30am for aged 2 to 6 years.
