Fremantle and surrounds
Switching on the Christmas Lights Join the City of Fremantle in turning on the Christmas lights at Kings Square. Meet a roving Santa and the Freo Freedom Fairies, browse the markets and enjoy live entertainment.

Date: Friday, 2nd December from 6:30pm, with the lights turned on at 7:20pm.

Bazaar – WA’s Best Christmas Market WA’s best Christmas market comes to FAC for a three-day shopping extravaganza. With over 50 local artisans showcasing their talents, you’ll find unique, locally-designed fashions and jewellery, ceramics, sculpture, woodwork and textiles, plus much more.

Date: Friday, 2nd Dec from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday 3rd December and Sunday 4th December from 9am to 5pm.
Cost: Entry $2, children under 12 are free.
Christmas Singalong with the Starlight Hotel Choir Celebrate the festive spirit at this free community Christmas singalong. Pack a picnic and enjoy a free tea or coffee and meet other members of the community.

Date: Saturday, 10th December from 5pm to 7pm.
Cost: Free entry, but a donation would be appreciated.
Christmas On The Green This fun, family-friendly event will feature a water slide, giant gift snow box and Christmas Carols. There’ll also be a chance to meet the Fairy Queen and the man himself, Santa, plus switching on the Christmas lights.

Hammond Park Christmas Party For the sixth year running, Daren Reid and the Soul City Groove will be performing at this free event. There will be a sausage sizzle, drinks and snacks available.

Melville and surrounds
Tivoli Christmas Show Enjoy a Christmas extravaganza of song, dance and comedy from around the world.

Date: Friday, 18th and Friday, 25th November from 8pm to 10:40pm
Cost: $20 adults, $17 concession and $10 for kids.

Palmyra Christmas Markets Find last minute, unique gifts from arts and craft stalls and enjoy live music, carols, kids entertainment and a heap of family Christmas fun.

Kids Christmas Crafts Join in a fun-filled afternoon of Christmas art and craft activities, with children decorating a variety of Christmas decorations and edible treats they can take home. Recommended for kids aged six to 12 years. Places are limited and bookings are essential. Registrations close Wednesday 7 December 2016.
