Tis the season to sing carols! Perth has a long standing love affair with Christmas Carols, with events happening all over Perth. If you’re looking for family friendly Christmas Carols in your area, here’s where to find them. Central and Western Suburbs

IGA Carols By Candlelight
Sunday, 17 December from 3pm to 11pm

Perth’s biggest and most famous Christmas Carol singalong.

Special guests include Australian Idol winner Damien Leith!

There will be entertainment, fireworks and Santa, of course!

Funds raised go to Variety – the Children’s Charity of WA.

City Carols On Hay, Perth CBD
Sunday, 17 December between 2:30pm and 4pm

Come along and enjoy carols, performances and music in the heart of the CBD.

North of Perth

The St. Patricks Mount Lawley Christmas Festival

South of Perth

Carols At Wesley, South Perth
Sunday, 3 December between 5pm and 7:30pm

Sing along with the Wesley and Penrhos Combined Choir.

Bring a picnic from 5pm or you can purchase ice creams, treats, tea and coffee.

There will also be a second-hand book stall and a visit from Santa!

City of Canning Carols by Candlelight
Saturday, 16 December from 6pm to 8:30pm

Headlining this year is husband and wife Aviida, from 'The Voice', along with the Canning City Brass Band and Rossmoyne Community Singers.

Featuring the Palmyra Primary School Choir and the Variety Youth Choir.

Free activities for children.

Carols By Candlelight and Christmas Parade, Armadale
Friday, 1 December from 6pm to 9pm

A family-friendly, free event.

The event begins with the Christmas Parade through Armadale.

Santa Claus will then address the audience at Memorial Park!

Songbooks and LED Candles available.

Live music provided by the award winning Armadale City Concert Band.

The event is also home to the annual Salvation Army Christmas Food Bank – bring down some non-perishable food items and groceries to give to those in need in your community.

Yangebup Christmas Carols by Candlelight
