A list of places holding Christmas Carols in Perth throughout the Festive Season.

Christmas is just around the corner, and that means one of Perth's favourite festive activities: Carols by Candlelight. They are a fantastic way to enjoy the music of Christmas, get together with family and friends and get out and about in the community.

Perth Mums Group have put together a list for families, and be sure to check the full event preview as many offer kids activities and lots of festive fun for all!

PERTH CBD/WESTERN SUBURBS AND SURROUNDS

Christmas Concerts in the Perth CBD

TIME AND DATE: Sundays from 22nd November to 20th December 4pm-6pm
LOCATION: Forrest Place, Perth CBD
COST: Free, but bookings are essential

Enjoy one of five FREE Christmas concerts in the Perth CBD!

A variety of performers will entertain you with Christmas songs, carols and singalongs.

Why not stick around after the concert and take a look at the City’s Christmas Lights Trail!

SOUTHERN SUBURBS

Carols by Candlelight and Market, City of Fremantle

TIME AND DATE: Sunday, 13th December fro 4pm
LOCATION: Fremantle Oval, Fremantle

Bring the family along for children’s activities, entertainment, Santa pop up booth and variety of food options. Gates open at 4pm, with stage entertainment commencing at 6:30pm.

Pack a picnic, or indulge in the delicious food vendors.

This year, the popular Made on the Left Markets will feature at the event, making it easy to get those last minute presents sorted!

Carols by Candlelight, City of Armadale
TIME AND DATE: Friday, 4th December 7pm-8:30pm
LOCATION: Memorial Park, Armadale

This family friendly Christmas event is bursting with community pride and celebration as it showcases some of the incredible talent from the Armadale area.

This is a ticketed event, so please register.

Guests are welcome to bring some non-perishable food items and groceries for The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.

Carols by Candlelight, City of Canning

TIME AND DATE: Saturday, 12th December at 6pm
LOCATION: 2 Civic Gardens, Cannington
COST: Free entry

Bring a picnic blanket, chairs, the whole family and your best singing voices to share a night of music, dancing, sparkling lights and merry tunes.

There will be kids craft activities, food trucks, free LED candles (limited stock) plus roving entertainment.

The event will also feature a very special guest….Santa!

2020 Carols by Candlelight, Living Waters Lutheran College

TIME AND DATE: Friday, 4th December at 5pm
LOCATION: 176 Currie Street, Warnbro
COST: Free entry

Come and see a huge line up of musical acts from Kindy through to Year 6, along withe performances from the College Choirs and Secondary drama students.

As well as musical performances there will be various market style stalls from 5pm, a rotary sausage sizzle, ice cream truck and coffee van. Families are also welcome to bring a picnic.

Carols start at 6pm.

NORTHERN SUBURBS

North Beach Community Carols

TIME AND DATE: Sunday, 20th December at 5pm-9pm
LOCATION: North Beach Primary School
COST: Free

Hosted by North Beach Baptist Church, this family fun fair will feature Bungee trampolines, Skirmish games, pony rides, trackless train rides, bouncy castle, obstacle course and so much more!

Carols will begin at 7:30pm. Bring a blanket or chairs and snuggle in!

There will be live music, singers, drama and free songbooks.

Combined Parish Christmas Carols

TIME AND DATE: Sunday, 13th December at 4:30pm - 7pm
LOCATION: Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Offices, Dianella - on the grounds of St. Nektarios
COST: Free, but please bring a plate of Lenten food to share

Join this bi-lingual Christmas Carols, performed by the various parishes and monastery within the Archdiocesan District of Perth.

Bring a plate of Lenten food to share.

There will be a coffee van offering hot and cold drinks of the evening.

Christmas Carols, Woodland Grove Primary School

TIME AND DATE: Tuesday, 15th December
LOCATION: 15 McMillan Road, Byford

Bring the whole family along to this wonderful community event filled with Christmas Carol singing!

Each class will be performing a carol of their choosing, and families are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket along.

There will also be a special visitor on the night….Santa!

Cooby Christmas Carols

LOCATION: Hargreaves Park, Coolbellup

Join Mount Pleasant Baptist Church at Hargreaves Park to meet Santa, enjoy a free sausage sizzle and kids craft and activities.

BYO Picnic rug and chairs, and settle in for an evening sing along of Christmas carols.You can enjoy a free Sausage sizzle, and there will be free kids crafts and activities.

Cooby Cares will also be accepting food and cash donations on the night, so please feel free to spread the Christmas cheer.
