is located at 4259 Caves Road in Margaret River on a picturesque green stretch of land. The pub is situated across from a lake and has views of a winery, bush land and farm land. Cheeky Monkey is a brewery, restaurant and a prime location for weddings and functions, with beers and ciders brewed on site. Patrons can choose from blonde ales, pale ales, dry apple ciders and sweet pear ciders just to name a few. There is a shop that sells wines, beers, chocolate and other trinkets on site.



The restaurant is huge and spacious with high ceilings and motifs of cheeky looking monkeys on the walls. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. What’s great about this place is how child friendly it is. There are big patches of green grass for the kids to run around on and a huge playground and sand pit for them to play in. It’s the perfect place for parents to come to grab a beer and sit back and watch the kids burn off some energy. If you sit outside you’ll be able to have a view of the lake and winery and be able to watch your kids in the playground.



Cheeky Monkey serves your typical sort of pub food. There are snacks that go great with beer like chicken wings or tortilla tips and salsa. There are burgers and pizzas available. We had the Casablanca pizza. It had Moroccan lamb, feta, pumpkin puree, mint and roquette on it. The mint gave it a nice flavour but I thought they over did it a little on the cheese.



There is a children’s menu available. Kids can choose from ham and cheese pizza, fish and chips, chicken strips and chips or a ham and cheese toasty with a fruit cup for a cost of $15 each. Cheeky Monkey offers a special backyard barbeque on their back patio with a menu that changes weekly but past offerings have included hot dogs, pulled beef brisket and pulled pork. Cheeky Monkey is available for weddings and functions. The venue opens up onto a large deck area that promises fantastic views and there’s lots of catering options and of course wine and beer.
