The place for kids and adults alike to jump, flip and bounce to their heart's content!

In the midst of my four-year-old daughter having a tantrum over missing her gymnastics class one afternoon, (heaven forbid), I promised to take both my girls to somewhere they could do some form of gymnastics the next day. But where?

Wanting a casual gymnastics session, I decided to take them to Bounce Inc. in Cannington, the place for children and adults alike to go to bounce, jump, flip and fly through the air. It is the only Bounce Inc franchise in Perth, with others located in the eastern states.

The kids were super excited about going to ‘the trampoline place’ in the morning. The next day, off we went for 10am, which is when our session started.

Something to remember - DO NOT BE LATE! We got there just after 10 and by the time we checked in, got our special wristbands on, got our socks on and made our way down to the trampolines, it was closer to 10:15am. Since you have to vacate the arena at 11am, or pay extra for another hour, that only gave us 45 minutes to jump. So try to get there on time!



But those 45 minutes sure were a lot of fun, and great exercise! The trampoline arena has a large number of different areas, including an area just for little kids, where they won’t get knocked around by older kids or adults.

Younger children are free to use most of the different areas, although there are some exceptions. Be sure to check with staff which areas children can and cannot enter.



There is also a soft play area for the little ones, plus a cafe.

We booked online through the website. It is not a particularly cheap way to exercise as a one-off. We had a voucher through our entertainment book that gave us 2 for 1 entry for the kids, and with the cost of special socks, the price came to $35 for all three of us, which works out to be just over $10 for the hour each, plus a pair of socks for all of us, which obviously you can wash and wear again! Look out for special deals on Groupon or similar websites.



You can buy multi-visit passes or enrol in a regular class, so the price works out to be cheaper than a one-off visit. Bounce Inc offer a number of regular classes for children, which you can read about below.

My children had a lovely time at Bounce Inc, and if I lived a little closer I would definitely enrol them in a regular class! Trampolining is a great exercise, whatever your age and fitness level, so why not give it a go too!
