Does your little one love to sing, dance, explore, imagine and play? If they do, they will love the Boogie Woogie program which runs in a range of convenient locations across Perth.

Held on weekday mornings in inviting indoor locations, the Boogie Woogie program is all about encouraging children to move freely and join in as they like!

Suited to newly confident walkers up to pre-primary aged children, the Boogie Woogie program goes beyond dance and incorporates valuable skills that will contribute to their overall development.

Running for 45 -50 mins with non-stop dancing, singing, moving and fun, children have the unique opportunity to:

Participate in a group

Build their social skills, friendships, and grow in a supportive network

Express emotions and build confidence

Develop an awareness of movement and body positions

Indulge in creativity and imagination

Learn new words and concepts, including basic counting skills and colours

Develop large motor skills

Improve balance, coordination and rhythm

Engage in listening skills as they respond to music and instructions

Improve fine motor skills by learning finger plays and playing musical instruments

PLUS in addition to physical, social, emotional and cognitive benefits, a Boogie Woogie session provides children with access to a wide variety of props, which are sure to inspire and add to the enjoyment of the classes.

In the realm of music and dance, creativity knows no bounds! Children can participate in many different ways, from shaking a tambourine to playing the drum, and still gain great benefits from the Boogie Woogie program.
