Nurture For Mums offers 4-week baby massage courses, and this taster class is the perfect introduction to the course. Come along and briefly explore tips and techniques of massage and explain what is involved in the course, and learn the many benefits of baby massage, including improved sleep, improved mood, improved wind and reflux and so much more.
