Babies loved to be held, cuddled and feel the gentle touch of a parent or carer. We hold our babies when they are upset, when they can’t sleep or when they simply want a cuddle.

Baby massage classes are a wonderful way to bond with your baby and can be practised from birth. Classes are fantastic for relaxation for babies and parents, they encourage babies to sleep for longer, can improve colic and constipation and can be adapted for older babies, toddlers and children of all ages.
