A list of where you can take part in an Anzac Day service in Perth.
Thursday, 25th April 2019 is Anzac Day, one of the most sacred and sombre events across Australia. It’s a time for reflection and to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the country.
While it’s not always easy to get the kids out of bed at 4am for the dawn service, it is a very good way to introduce them to the importance of Anzac Day, and what it means for the history of Australia. If you know that’s just not going to happen, you can attend services and events that start a bit later in the morning.
If you are thinking about attending in a dawn service or watching the diggers march, here’s where you will find just some of the many Anzac Day services and events in Perth. While we have tried to include a wide area and different service times, obviously this article doesn’t include all the events in Perth, so check with your local
Returned and Services League WA (RSLWA) sub-branch if you don’t see an event in your area.
