I have recently lost a beloved family member to suicide. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunty, friend, a member of this community and so much more. Mental health and looking after your mind is so important since this tragedy i have been noticing post more about mothers finding it hard, dealing with "mummy guilt", feeling depressed and stressed with life.
I would just like to let as many people as possible know YOU can stop and put yourself and your health first. Go visit your local GP and have a chat with them about things that maybe making your life hard or stressful. You could even set up a mental health plan which will give you 10 sessions to go speck to a professional counselor and just simply have a chat.
Also if you are feeling lost and a burden to your family and friend please remember to keep fighting you are loved your are enough and your loved ones aren't better off with out you. Take it from me someone that has just lost a much loved family member we are NOT better off and her loss will forever be a tragedy
