?Anonymous Post? Nap regression

Help!! I'm having some behavioural/potty training issues with my 3yo...

Now, I'm going to try and make this as straight forward and to the point as I can, but be warned... This is going to be long...

Basically I have an intelligent, generally well behaved and potty trained little girl for the most part, but the last few months have really tested my patience. She still naps, well, she needs to... Otherwise she turns completely feral by 3-4pm... And this is where our problems begin. I read her a story, and she has a bottle at noon everyday. Some days she even asks for a bottle and a story which is her signal to me that she's ready for a nap. This is our routine. I give her a kiss and a cuddle and I say good night as I'm closing the door. Anyways, our trouble started a few months ago with some nap regression, which is totally normal so I'm told. Anyways, i managed to get on top of that with positive reinforcement and gental persuasion... But now it's happening again. But this time with full retaliation. Today has been the worst, and it practically drove me to a meltdown. Since saying goodnight, she's pulled all of her clothes out of her draws, pulled all the sheets off her bed, piddled on the carpet three times and wet her bed, and marked the walls with... Something... It's been a few weeks of different combinations of some of these things... I've scrubbed and cleaned her carpets, re packed her draws, cleaned the walls countless amounts of times and im tired...

I also have a one year old and I'm currently doing everything else around the house as my partner is injured.

Any advise is appreciated!
