Hi everyone

I am a mum to a 5 year old and for last year he has this issue where he has to run to the toilet in the middle of every meal and at the end of meal he goes again. From last few days he is vomiting as well after meal.my partner has IBS. I spoke to several doctors, they gave range of explanation but ruled out IBS. I feel sorry to see him as he gets terrible stomach ache before going to poo.
He eats very little and nothing has changed in his diet.
What should I do? What are the options I can try? Should I ask my GP to refer him to specialist.I am worried
