The Perth Mums Group #UsefulLists are community generated lists of some of the most helpful, fun and important places in Perth. Using the experience and opinions of Perth parents, the lists cover the best places for kids and parents across Perth.
Below are some of the best daycare centres in Perth as recommended by Perth Mums group members. Obviously the list doesn't include all the great centres in Perth, but this is a great place to start. Remember to always do your own research and make sure the centre meets your family needs.

Another vote for O'Connor Play and Learn! My son started as a baby and now my daughter attends, and both their experiences have been positive. The staff at the centre are kind, conscientious and truly great carers. The centre itself is a gorgeous homely space and has a great outdoor area where the kids are encouraged to get into nature. Giving your baby to someone else to care for can be a very hard thing to do, but I trust all the carers with my children. I know they are in a safe and happy environment, spending their time participating in stimulating and creative activities and being fed healthy and delicious meals.
My daughter started at O'Connor Play & Learn over three years ago and we love it. My son now attends as well, and they both love the facilities and staff. Everyone is very friendly. I love the outdoor spaces, where they spend a lot of time. I could not be happier with the centre and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family and child centred day care.
O’Connor Play & Learn was recommended to us by friends whose children had been to the centre and loved it. We have been really happy with our choice to send both our girls to O’Connor and find the staff working there very professional, caring and approachable. You can see they genuinely care for the children and are regularly organising special activities for them to make the centre a really special place. Plus, whenever we have asked for additional days the centre has been very accommodating, we receive regular communication about what’s happening and it’s run by a really friendly admin team. We feel totally confident leaving our children with the team at O’Connor and would recommend the centre to other parents!
