Chicken Teriyaki Fingers

These yummy chicken fingers are egg, dairy and gluten free. They are easy for little hands to hold.

Ingredients

400grms chicken, diced (breast)
1 carrot, chopped
1 brown onion, quartered
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs honey
Tbs of chopped coriander
Sesame seeds to coat.

1) In a food processor, add all ingredients (apart from sesame seeds) and blend till all combined and it resembles a smooth consistency.

2) Using wet hands, scoop a handful out at each time and shape into a sausage shape, then roll in sesame seeds.

3) Pan fry in a pan or place into oven until cooked through and golden brown.
